# KIVID Feld lizenzieren

Für die Erstellung der KIVID Feld Lizenz wird die KIVID Feld Seriennummer benötigt. 

Zur Ermittlung der KIVID Feld Seriennummer gehen Sie bitte in den KIVID Feld Ordner unter C:\Benutzer\Öffentlich\Öffentliche Dokumente\frox\KIVIDFeld. Sie finden dort die Datei Seriennummer.exe.

Klicken Sie die Datei Seriennummer.exe mit einem Doppelklick an.

Es öffnet sich ein neues Fenster. Die Seriennummer wird im Fenster angezeigt und kann kopiert werden. Besser ist es jedoch den Button \<Speichern> zu nutzen.&#x20;

Es wird eine Seriennummer.txt in folgendem Ordner abgelegt:

C:\Benutzer\Öffentlich\Öffentliche Dokumente\frox\KIVIDFeld

Bitte senden Sie die Datei Seriennummer.txt per Mail an <support@frox-it.de>

Wir leiten die Datei an die Firma Burg weiter, die die Lizenz erstellt.

Nach Erzeugung der Lizenz durch die Firma Burg erhalten Sie von uns die entsprechende Lizenzdatei.

Bitte legen Sie die Lizenz in folgendem Ordner ab.

C:\Benutzer\Öffentlich\Öffentliche Dokumente\frox\KIVIDFeld
